Remove App Updates are Ready on Galaxy

Turn off App Updates are Ready on Samsung Android Phone
Disable Notification "Apps updates are ready. Connect to WiFi to continue."
Your status bar is showing app updates are ready connect to wifi but you want to update using your cellular data and also you want to remove that notification from status bar.

WiFi is definitely functioning.  Notification happens frequently even after going into play store and updating the queue.
