1. I would like to start by stating that Asics claims this shoe is the most bouncy and can increase your jump up to 3% thanks to the many technologies used in this shoe.

I want to start with what first of all catches the eye when I see these sneakers, namely
High and Rounded heels, and when compared to other volleyball shoes, there is really a big difference. But the most important thing in this case is it is really convenient and contributes to the best substep when jumping from a run.
For understanding, here are some examples of heel jump techniques:
The main feature is that the jumper must jump vertically upward, in which case the roll of the penultimate step comes from the heel set at an angle of about 45 degrees, but if the main task of the jumper is to overcome the maximum distance forward, then this heel is useless, but in volleyball there are no such jumps , it is rather the specificity of dunks from the foul line.
It is also important to consider that this is a feature of a person's jump technique, if your jump is made from a small substep, then this heel effect will not be noticeable to you either.
The longer your substep, the more relevant this technology is for you.
If your shoe has a rubber heel material other than the base sole, slippage may occur when the foot is positioned at this angle.
From me iron 10 out of 10, since I have a wide stride technique and I felt the difference already in the first training session.

3. The sneaker is made in the form of a mono-sock on top of which there is a protective cover, which allows you to adjust with the lacing to your foot anatomy and fix it tightly,
The first row of lacing is made with DynaWrap technology located in the forefoot of the shoe, and is designed to hold the foot, providing maximum support and fit.
Loops are sewn into the sole of the shoe for a very tight fit.
The next three hinges are located on the protective cover, reinforced with rubber inserts on the outside and glued on the inside, to protect against deformation and stretching of the material during operation.
The last two chants are placed on the padded material of the outer cover and allow you to tightly fix the ankle without causing discomfort.
Thanks to this solution, the sneaker falls into the category where it cannot be called low but it is not high either. I do not like low sneakers due to the fact that I had an ankle injury, and for a long time I only wore high ones. In METARISE, the lock is on a level with high-top sneakers, exactly the same as in the Mizuno momentum in which I have been playing for the last year.
On the outside of the shoe, the Asics logo is made of dense rubber for added rigidity and to prevent stretching of the outer cover.
On the inside, the logo is applied as a sticker.
Places of increased load are protected by an additional rubber layer, and the entire contour of the sneaker is glued.

4. Now let's talk about Ventilation
The mono-sock is made of a mesh material, in the lacing area it is especially clearly visible, the outer cover is made of MESH Upper material resembling a dense Oilcloth with fine perforation.
There are two holes in the sole for additional air circulation.
Pulling out the insole, you can see 8 holes in the middle of the shoe, but the insole itself has no holes, since it is made of breathable material.
For a better understanding, during the first filming it was +37 degrees outside, while I played in tight volleyball socks, and I never even thought that my legs were hot, on the contrary, the sensations were very comfortable for such climatic conditions
