How To ACE a First Round Real Estate Interview // You never get a second chance to make a first impression, and in the real estate interview process, this is especially true.
Whether you’re talking with a recruiter, HR, or a hiring manager directly, a first round interview gives a potential employer the opportunity to get to know you as an individual, what makes you a unique candidate for the position, and why you might stand out as the best fit for the role.
And since there tends to be a so much pressure around what to say in these types of scenarios and how to best present yourself to a company that you would want to work for, in this video, I wanted to walk through three of my best tips for making it through the first round of the interview process,at a commercial real estate firm, and how to pass with flying colors onto the next round.
