Ni-Ti loop (INFJ) vs Ni-Fi loop (INTJ) - my real life example

Trying to describe the dreadful dominant-tertiary loop in INFJ & INTJ based on my experience with my INTJ partner. Some interesting comments mentioned the possibility of this (INFJ) having BPD tendencies. What do you guys think?
