I’m currently using this Diablo 4 farm for gold as well as gear, so between runs i travel to my nearest town to sell the gear I dont need. If its just gear you want, dont worry about keeping gear you wont need & just repeat this farm by leaving the dungeon, quitting out the game & re-loading. Enter the dungeon and everything will have reset.The best way to farm it is to run past all enemies besides the objective enemies & elites. Get to the 2nd objective & just take out the two rooms of elites then leave the dungeon & farm away. Trust me, try this out, for gear alone its helped me way more than nm dungeons as I can run this way more efficiently.
