I talk about past actions
I talk about past actions in which I feel ashamed of how I acted. I provide examples of feeling ashamed for these past actions.
I then provide a lesson in how to think about and deal with these feelings of shame and regret.
In particular, I talk about being open with these feelings, and apologizing for those actions. I also talk about giving yourself Grace for these past actions.
A key thing is to accept that you are not perfect at any age, and to forgive yourself for those past actions in which you were not your best.
This video is meant for anybody that is dealing with actions that they are shamed of in the past, particularly those that are in leadership roles in industry in academia.
