How to save a baby robin (bird) that fall out of it's nest. First find an hanging basket. Fill it with twigs, leaves etc, much like a mother bird would do. Place your makeshift nest as close to the old nest as possible. Although we do not like to touch wildlife sometimes our friends and neighbours need help. It is a myth that the scent of a human on a baby bird will cause the mother bird to abandon it. Mothers want to be with their babies, and birds, in general don't have the best sense of smell.
