Port Prosperity. A once beautiful shopping district, now broken and tattered, devastated by the fierce fighting it's seen. Fortunately, there's a great vigor and infusion to grab, just remember not to pass the turnstiles.
Towards the end, take a left into the Founder's Bookstore, and grab the voxophone downstairs. Then backtrack considerably to the salty oyster, to find a button under the till, revealing Return To Sender - awesome Vigor.
