1. Okiboru House of Tsukemen ( Lower East Side -  117 Orchard St, New York, NY 10002) has gotten extremely popular for their dipping ramen after. going viral a few times. Longgg lines (over an hour wait at peak times) and only two menu items.

2. Ippudo (multiple locations - 24 W 46th St, New York, NY 10036) is one of the first Japanese ramen spots to hit NYC. They first opened in the East Village and make tonkatsu ramen popular. They have pretty extensive menus.
