How To Get Mr. Mime in Pokémon FireRed/LeafGreen Version

Note: You must trade an Abra in exchange for Mr. Mime.

You don't necessarily need HM01 Cut, you may also go to Diglett's Cave in Vermilion City and you'll end up just above the house at the other side instead.

Mr. Mime will be at the same level as the Abra you will trade in.
