RUST-OLEUM TURBO GLOSS WHITE & PLASTI DIP PEARLIZER 1995 LEXUS SC300

So since doing my 95 sc300 with Plasti dip pearl white, I have been wondering if I could have just fully painted my car with a gloss white and then covered with DYC Pearl balloon white glossifier.  Yes I know I could just spray a pearl clear coat but what if it's something I want in a flat color and may want to take off in the future.  Lets test it out.
