Flavored Puto Flan | Mix n Cook

Good day! Today, we're going to make another Puto Flan recipe, but we will be adding a twist. Instead of just the original puto, we will put different flavors in it such as ube, buko pandan and strawberry. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

For the Puto Mixture:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose or cake flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 pcs. medium or large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp. flavoring

For the Flan Mixture:
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla or 1 pc. calamansi
3 pcs. medium or large eggs
1/2 cup milk
