After applying rosemary water for 7 days here are my final results about this hair growth challenge:
I have no doubt that rosemary water can dramatically improve strength, health and even repair broken hair. When I run my fingers through my hair feels super silky, it is shiny and it looks a little bit darker. My scalp feels more balanced and I barely had shedding in my hair wash so if you struggle with oily hair, dandruff or even you have excessive hair shedding, rosemary rinses might be able to help. Based on my experience rosemary water really works if you use it as a leave on treatment and use it daily or as much as you can, you can use it as a last step rinse in your shower hair care routine or you can spray it on directly on your scalp to experience positivity results.
This is how you make rosemary water for hair growth so in a pot you’re gonna boil five cups of water with five branches of fresh rosemary and one branch of fresh peppermint, The rule in here is to always add one rosemary for every cup of water, once the water is boiling you are gonna leave to boil for 15 minutes, after this turn off the stove and allow the rosemary water to cool off for 25 minutes, in about this time the color it’s gonna turn pinkish brown so this means it is ready to be strain and to be used for application. #hairgrowth
