C3 Door Hanging and Gaps

This video shows the process of hanging doors on the 1971 C3 Corvette convertible. I begin with an introduction, then show the hinges, spacers, and where the doors can be adjusted and in what directions.

During the process, I am able to reduce the amount of door gap towards the rear and also raise the entire door so the gaps at the fender and of the door are much improved. My plan is to move forward with painting and use the door adjustment and possibly body mount shims to finalize the door gaps. I do not have plans to alter the doors or the fenders, aside from a very slight shaping to make the gaps more even.
