The hot peel UltraColor Pro, full color digital screen printed transfers are here!
UltraColor Pro is the next evolution in full color heat transfer technology, improving on the popular UltraColor Soft transfers with a smooth and simple, single-step hot peel application.
UltraColor Pro heat transfers are priced by the 11.5 x 18" sheet, with quantity breaks (6, 12,18 ,24 ,etc), so the more you order, the less it costs per piece. These are perfect transfers for larger orders of full color, photorealistic or t-shirt artwork with gradients.
Compared to UltraColor Max Direct to Film Transfers with 11 x 11" artwork, Max is more cost effective until 24 pieces, then Pro is cheaper!
For 11.5 x 18" artwork (full gang sheet) Max is less expensive until just 12 Qty, when UltraColor Pro becomes much more cost effective.
Another big difference: UltraColor Max requires print ready artwork, there is a $22 proofing charge for any artwork fixes for low resolution or very very fine detail- They'll be highlighted pink in the last review step when ordering at transferexpress.com. UltraColor Pro eliminates any additional charges for artwork and all of your design corrections are free (like all of our screen printed transfers) no artwork review step required.
All of our transfers at Stahls' Transfer Express are wash tested to 50+ wash/dry cycles to ensure the print lasts the lifetime of the garment when applied properly. UltraColor Pro utilizes our hybrid technology with a screen printed adhesive and not the DTF adhesive. This gives UltraColor Pro a thin clear outline around the print. However, with the hot peel, this clear outline is almost completely invisible to the eye on most fabric colors- an improvement over UltraColor Soft.
