Reflexive teams are more productive, effective and innovative than those that don’t meet to reflect on a regular basis. What we see from our research is that teams tend to meet less regularly than they should. What we need are more frequent, high quality, enjoyable, energetic and purposeful meetings where people are fully engaged.
