-Beef ½ lb filet mignon
-Capers 12 g
-Lemon Zest 10 g
-Chives 10 g
-Cornichon 16 g
-Roasted Garlic 7 g
-Dressing
-Sliced pieces of bread
-Optional: Micro cilantro, to garnish
