Egg white:
1 cup milk (divided into two 1/2 cups)
1/2 oz  (2 packets) unflavoured gelatin
1- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)

Sprinkle the gelatin on top of 1/2 cup of milk in a small bowl. Allow to sit for 5-6 minutes, the gelatin will absorb most of the milk.
Put 1/2 cup milk and the can of sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until hot.  Add the gelatin mixture and stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture is very hot (not boiling) and the gelatin has dissolved.  Stir gently, you want to avoid making too many bubbles.
Strain the mixture to get rid of undissolved gelatin bits.
Pour into lightly greased silicone egg molds and refrigerate until set.

Filling:
4 oz cream cheese (room temp.)
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
Orange and yellow  food colour
- Beat the cream cheese and butter together until creamy, beat in vanilla powdered sugar. Add a couple of drops of orange and yellow food colour. Adjust colour by adding more yellow if required.  

Pop the egg shapes out of the molds and scoop out a small hole.  Fill with the frosting and sprinkle on some orange sugar or some orange powdered food colour.
Keep covered in the refrigerator.
