The Best Aussie Chocolate Pancakes You Will Ever Make!

These chocolate pancakes with berry sauce will become an instant family favourite.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup of self-raising flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 cup of milk
A pinch of salt

Sauce
1 packet of mixed berries
1 tablespoon of sugar

METHOD
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl. Make a well in the centre, add the egg and milk, mix and then beat.
If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk until you reach the desired consistency. Place aside to rest.
Add the berries and sugar to a saucepan, and bring the mixture to a boil on the stove, stirring frequently. Simmer the sauce until it's a nice consistency while occasionally stirring.
Place a dollop of the pancake mixture on a medium-heat pan. Cook for a couple of minutes until you see bubbles on the surface, flip and cook for another two minutes.
Serve with cream and pour berry sauce over pancakes. Now, all you need to do is enjoy!
