Stop Hitting The Net (Forehand and Backhand Tennis Lesson)

Use the “High-Low-High” technique when hitting ground strokes
•
Take the racket back “high” so you can get gravity-assisted racket speed
•
Drop the racket “low” so you can get below the ball
•
Swing “high” again to lift and spin the over the net but also be able to bring the ball down quickly into the court using topspin
