This video will help you to understand the process of boxing up your machine and sending it to Lenovo's US depot repair center.

Regarding Warranties:
Lenovo provides several Warranty Repair options for our Valued Customers.  You can look up the details of your warranty online at https://www.lenovo.com/Warranty

Shipping and Packaging costs depends your Warranty Type:

1. With Mail-In Warranty, the Customer is responsible for the costs of shipping and packaging their device to our Depot Repair Center.

2. Depot Warranty provides different levels of shipping and packaging options for our Customer which may include:
Lenovo sending an empty box and shipping label for our Customer to package and ship to our Depot Repair Center; paid for by Lenovo
   OR
Lenovo emails a Shipping Label only for our Customer to use their own box for shipment to our Depot Repair Center; shipping costs paid by Lenovo
