Today I conclude my special two-part series with a review of a massively important watch from Grand Seiko. The SBGA387 is a very special watch from the highly underrated masters of Japanese made luxury watches, as it is the first model designed and manufactured exclusively for the U.S.

It has been a few years since I last featured a GS on the show with a review of the most iconic "snowflake" luxury watch. To mark this doubly special occasion, I split the review into two parts. This allows us to fully explore why and how Seiko perfected watchmaking and the technology of telling time unlike any other brand before, as well as getting to review the watch in more detail.
