Pyaz ke Samosa

Ingredients :

1 Cup = 250 ml

Samosa base Patti :
Dough :
3/4 Cup - Maida
3/4 Cup - Wheat Atta
1 tbsp - Oil
1/2 tsp - Salt
Mix with hand and knead Soft dough using Water
Grease with little Oil and keep for 15-20 min

Stuffing :
4 no - Onion Slice ( Big )
1/2 Cup - Coriander leaves Chopped
3 no - Green Chilli Chopped
1 tsp - Chaat Masala
Salt to taste
2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
1 Cup - Poha Dry only ( Thin )
Mix with hand smash with hand and mix properly n keep aside

After 15 min knead once again Dough using  little oil and knead it

Take 1 ball size daugh and make a thin big chapatti
Spread oil over the chapatti sprinkle aata and spread over it and keep 2nd chapatti and same procedure make a 5-6 Chapaati and keep in Tawa follow the steps and keep chapatti and close the cloth

Make a slurry
2 tbsp - Maida
2 -3 tbsp - Water
Make thick slurry

Preparation of samosa Patti
Take a chapatti and cut into square
Ane make Patti
And keep it in zip lock and u can Freez also

Make Cone from Patti and stuff the stuffing and make a Samosa and fry it in slow flame make golden
And serve
