Ingredients:
3 bunches of green bananas peeled
5 yautia peeled and chopped
Half a small pumpkin peeled and chopped

Add to your food processor and pulse until blended well. You will need to do this step several times until you get a smooth consistency. Once done you can store covered in the refrigerator for a day or two.
