These 2023 Optic Football Value packs are $15 a piece from Target at Retail price, but are they worth it?! You get 12 cards per pack, but you're REALLY just looking at 2 cards that aren't base... so there is a very high chance that these packs will be duds, but they also have a massive ceiling with potential to hit a CJ Stroud Downtown! They have case hits, green velocity rated rookies, and normal rookies... but they are hard to come by the big pulls!
