How to make Easy Rava idli & Kara Chutney
ginger( Chopped) - 1 tsp
green chillies - 2 nos
Roasted rava - 2 Cups
Curd - 1 Cup
Milk - 2 Cups
Salt( according to taste )
Ghee - 1 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 3/4 - 1 tsp
dry red chillies - 2 nos
Cashew nuts - 10 - 12 nos
ginger - 11/2 tsp
green chillies - 2 nos
Eno - 1tsp
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Small onion - 12 - 15 nos
Kashmiri red chillies- 12 - 15 nos
Garlic- 4 flakes
Big onion- 1 Small ( Roughly Chopped )
Tamarind - 1 Small Gooseberry Size
Jaggery- 1 tbs ( Grated )
Gingelly oil- 1 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
Gingelly oil - 3 tbs
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida powder- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
