Here's the recipe:
#pork rub
4 tablespoons garlic powder or granulated
4 tablespoons onion powder or granulated
4 tablespoons smoked paprika
4 tablespoons high end coffee grounds
2 tablespoons sage
4 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Directions:
--mix all the seasonings
--season meaty side with seasoning blend
--score the skin/fatty side with a knife and season completely
--wrap and set over night
--cook on 250 degrees Fahrenheit until meat comes to 160F. It took me the full 6 hours in the NuWave Oven
--let meat sit for at least 20 minutes before pulling pork
