In this video, we are harvesting our Garlic and Elephant Garlic and also sharing what we do after harvest to dry and store our Garlic to Make it last a whole year. I'm still using Elephant Garlic from last years harvest which is now over a year old, so hopefully the methods we use can help you be self sufficient in garlic for the whole year too.
