MBMMLLC.com: Diesel powered rock crusher hammer mill crushing and grinding gold ore

This is a demonstration for a client running a 12"x9" hammer mill dry with a 1 mm bar gap spacing.  At the end of the video we show the results of the test using a screen sieve analysis.  These mills are great for the small scale miner or prospector as they can be powered with gasoline or diesel motors for use in remote areas.  They can process around 1000-1500 lbs/hr at 1 mm bar gap spacing and produce product which more than 50% passes a 50 mesh screen.  This product is perfect for running directly onto a shaker table or sluice box for recovery.  Check out some of our other videos on gold and precious metal recovery/processing on our YouTube Channel here:
