Multi Roll Forming / Corrugated Forming process in Ansys

Ansys software is used for
Ansys software is used for this simulation. Simulation shows the forming process of aluminum plate of near about 1.3 mm ,
Quad mesh is used for this simulation, however Tet mesh can improve the results.
Boundary Conditions;
1. Revolute joint is used for each roller
2. For plate , displacement is used in which I specified the distance to be covered. further vertical displacement is set to be free
3. Large diflection is on
4. Used augmented Lagrange method
5. Friction coefficient is used as .34 further higher friction coefficient can improve the results.
