This patient has a growth
This patient has a growth on the inside of one of her fingers. The growth is a vascular lesion called a Pyogenic Granuloma. These grow quick, bleed easily. This patient has a piece of gauze embedded at the top of the growth.
Dr. Derm removes the gigantic granuloma and the cauterizes the base. 80-95% of the time, the Pyogenic Granuloma does not return.
