King of Cans (Containers for Change)

Nine News Perth chat to Logan about how he earns a living through collecting cans and bottles and cashing them in at the City of Fremantle Containers for Change Refund Point.

Containers for Change is a new state-wide container deposit scheme that lets you cash in eligible containers for 10-cents each.
