In this talk, Professors Levi and Zheng describe some of their research and outreach activities undertaken within the Food Supply Chain Analytics & Sensing (FSAS) Initiative. The initiative engages multiple faculty from different areas and disciplines across the institute, and has an international footprint. Learn more about their collaborative research conducted in China and India to improve health and welfare outcomes as related to the ag-food systems in these countries.
