Irresistible dessert, with mango and white chocolate combination.
I know most people love sweetness in their dessert.
However this recipe I'm sharing were made with a subtle sweetness but yet creamy and flavorful making it irresistible and you'll not feel guilty eating it 💗

--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
MANGO    200g to blend into puree to mix
                  60g to blend into puree for topping
                  60g cut into small cubes for deco

HEAVY CREAM     250g for mixture and whip till soft peak
                               50g whip till firm peak for topping

WHITE CHOCOLATE     100g melted by double boiling
