RND Automation's Robotic Deburring & Polishing Cell

This compact workcell utilizes two Epson Robotics 6-axis robots to polish and deburr threaded metal parts.  Both the internal and external threads are polished to remove and burrs, loading parts back into carrier pallets for the next step in the assembly process.
