The original "Go 2 It" was made by Milo Casali, but it's unknown who made this Doom 64 rendition of that map. This map was made for Doom 64 EX but is playable on the remaster without issue.

Morph Sound 64 is an audio enhancement mod made by Immorpher which increases the sampling rate of the in-game sounds and gives them a stereo presence.
