We're making original Philly cheese steak sandwiches on the griddle in 15 minutes.  This was one of my top five favorite recipes we've done on this channel.  If you're wondering we used 2 lbs of ribeye in this recipe to make 4 sandwiches.  That was the right amount of beef for us, but you may want to go more or less depending on how jam packed you want your sandwiches.
