Ilham is a Javanese street vendor in Bali selling one of Indonesia’s most popular dishes, Bakso. If you have been to Indonesia, you can spot these "kitchen on wheels" being pushed around or even attached to a motorbike - they are everywhere! You can’t mistake the sound of their bell (spoon hitting a bowl) to alert the area that Bakso is close by.
