It is another day for comfort food.  Manicotti is a favorite of mine and can be made with pasta squares like you find in my recipe https://lidiasitaly.com/recipes/manic....  You can also prepare manicotti with crepes like I do here.  In fact, while you are at it, make some sweet versions of those crepes so you have an easy go-to dessert tonight too!
