Walt Disney's "Inside Outer Space" Season 9 Ep 19

From Season 9 of Walt Disney's Disneyland Anthology program we have Episode 19: Inside Outer Space which originally aired on February 10th, 1963.  Ludwig Von Drake is the guest host for this look at outer space, which begins with a brief history of our earlier beliefs and superstitions about what lies beyond Earth's atmosphere.  People once feared the stars, thinking they were pieces broken off the moon.  Later on, they started to study the skies, leading to conclusions that the earth was the center of the universe and was circled by the sun and other planets.  Von Drake also takes a look at the moon and space exploration.
