Develop your shoulders and build a strong core with this 30 minute light dumbbell workout you can do at home or in the gym as a follow along. Don't be fooled by thinking this light dumbbell workout will be easy. In this workout we will maintain time under tension and hit the deltoids from all angles.

This workout includes the best dumbbell shoulder exercises for muscle hypertrophy. I've designed this shoulder workout to superset core and ab exercises to allow shoulder recovery time, yet still maintaining an effective but efficient 30 min workout.

This workout is part of my 30 workout Dumbbell LIFT Series to develop a strong and athletic physique.
