काफी बार हमे पेशेंट्स पूछते है की बरिएट्रिक सर्जरी के कई साल बाद फिरसे वजन तो नहीं बढ़ेगा ? तो आज इस वीडियो में डॉ मोहित भंडारी हमे बरिएट्रिक सर्जरी के बाद वजन बढ़ने के २ महत्वपूर्ण कारणों (Weight Gain After Bariatric Surgery) के बारेमें बात करेंगे।
बरिएट्रिक सर्जरी के बाद वजन बढ़ने के कारण होते है और यह हर किसी में नहीं बढ़ता। जो ५-१५% मरीज होते है उन्ही में बढ़ जाता है और यह वजन क्यों बढ़ता है इसे हम समझने की कोशिश करेंगे
- जैसे आपको मालूम है इस सर्जरी के बाद पेशेंट को हम lifestyle change की सलाह देते है जिसमे उनको potion control का ध्यान देना होता है यनेके पेशेंट को नियंत्रित मात्रा में भोजन खाना चाहिए। अगर डाइट धीरे धीरे बढ़ता है तो ऐसे में कोई दिख्खत नहीं होती है। पर अगर कोई अनियंत्रित मात्रा में खा रहा हो तो पेट की मॉस पेशी फूल जाती है और ऐसे ही चलता रहा तो वजन बढ़ने लगता है।
- Soft calories के सेवन क कारन भी वजन बढ़ता है। इसकेलिए हमारे सेंटर में banded procedure किया जाता है जिसे मरीज का वजन नहीं बढ़ता।
