Are you vacuuming the carpets before you professionally clean them? Are you using a counter Rotating brush machine after pre-spraying the carpets? In this video, I discuss why each of those steps and why they are important to the cleaning process. This was a super rare job that I got and became my main reason for taking the time to talk about it. This videos intention is meant for learning and hopefully helping not only other businesses but consumers looking for a company so they can ask the right questions.
When pets are in the home or even multiple people, hair debris, dust, and dirt get tracked in the home and accumulate over time. little grains of sand act like sandpaper on your carpet and can abrade the fibers, causing them to wear out faster. This is one of the main reasons why vacuuming your carpet and even your hard surface floors should be done at least once a week, if not twice a week, if multiple people and pets are in the home. The CRB (counter rotating brush) helps dig deeper soil and hair out of the carpet fibers, bringing it up to the surface. The CTB can also help massage the pre-spray into the fibers, and if oily pet dander is present, it makes a big difference in the outcome.
The result in the final outcome has led to softer feeling carpets and longer lasting cleans for your clients. While companies who do these steps tend to cost more, we've noticed people don't have to call us out as often, which ends up making it cost the same, if not less, in some cases. This will lead to repeat business and more referrals to your company over time.
