[4K] Carnival at Thorpe Park, join us for a full walkthrough of every ride, area and attraction for the brand new 2022 Carnival Event. Find out where the Carnival areas are before you go to plan your day for maximum fun
Carnival is a brand new event for 2022 at Thorpe Park Resort Theme Park. The Carnival event is open from 22nd July to 29th of August 2022. What Shows does the Thorpe Park Carnival event have?
There are plenty of shows at the Thorpe Park Carnival event and they are split into the following categories:
Thrilling Entertainment:
Circus Acts 12.30 14.30 and 17.30
Fire Performer: 13.30, 15.30 and 18.30
Family Shows:
Ring Leaders Show 12.00, 15.00 and 17.00
Mime Dance Troupe Show 13.00, 16.00 and 18.00
‘The Flossers Singing Trio Show 14.00, 16.30 and 17.45
What Food and Drink is available at the Thorpe Park Carnival Event?
There are several food and drink stalls:
Carnival Bar and Snacks - Serving Beer, Soft Drinks, Corn Dogs and Fries
Sugar Rush Bakery - Speciality Carnival Cakes
Pancake Truck - Selection of Sweet Pancakes
Also in the Carnival Area are some Mini Tents including the Sideshow Shop selling Merchandise and Confectionery, Fortune Teller Tent - Venture inside and see your future and Magician's Tent to see a few tricks!
Thorpe Park is operated and owned by Merlin Entertainments and includes rides, a themed hotel, live events and Stealth, the UK's fastest rollercoaster.
Major attractions include a large water ride, Tidal Wave and a number of rollercoasters including Colossus, Nemesis Inferno, Stealth, Saw: The Ride, The Swarm, The Walking Dead: The Ride and Flying Fish. Other smaller attractions include a water area called Amity Beach and an Angry Birds themed land. It also has on-site accommodation, the Thorpe Shark Cabins.
The latest attraction is Black Mirror which opened in May 2021 although High Striker has opened since, this is the rethemed Lumber Jump. Project Exodus is currently under construction which will feature the tallest coaster in the United Kingdom.
