This is my mother in law secret recipe that she usually makes in an Air forced fan oven. I have recreated her recipe and converted the cooking time to suit my airfryer. Hope she does not see that I am sharing her tips and trips that she learned from her mum with the world 😁 the potato gratin is perfectly airfried.
