Campfire Baked Potatoes | How To Make Baked Potatoes in Campfire | Cooking on Wood Fire

Make baked potatoes on your next camping trip. This recipe of baked potatoes shows how to bake potatoes that are crispy on the outside and soft from the inside.

Ingredients:
3-4 Medium Sized Potatoes
Foil paper
Salt as per taste
Sliced Jalapenos
Shredded Cheese
Butter


Method:
Prepare the campfire using woods or coals. Then wrap the potatoes by sprinkling salt on them. Make sure to cover potatoes in three layers of foil. Place them into the campfire and bake for at least 1 hour (keep changing the sides every 15 mins). Remove from the coals, unwrap and cut in half. Add butter, cheese, and jalapenos. Serve hot! :)
