Ace Magashule | Court dismisses suspended ANC Secretary-General's application to drop charges

Suspended ANC Secretary-General, Ace Magashule, is counting his losses after he suffered yet another legal blow. The High Court in Bloemfontein has dismissed his application and those of three others and Blackhead Consulting, to have charges against them dropped. The charges relate to the alleged irregular awarding of the R255-million asbestos roof removal tender in the Free State in October 2014.
