How to make Zunka or Jhunka recipe : Zunka or Pitla, as it is called in Maharashtra, is very unique and delicious recipe of North Karnataka. It is wonderful to have Zunka with Bhakkari or Roti or Chapati or even with hot Rice. You can prepare Jhunaka at home once in a while. Even kids will like it. Zhunaka is integral part of breakfast in North Karnataka villages with Bhakkari (Bhakar) or Akki Rotti or Roti. This can used as side dish like sambar. ಝುಣಕ ರೆಸಿಪಿಯನ್ನು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ಬಗೆ. ಕಡಲೆಹಿಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ಈ ಸ್ವಾದಿಷ್ಟಕರ ಝುಣಕವನ್ನು ಭಕ್ಕರಿ ಅಥವಾ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಾವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಸವಿಯಬಹುದು. ಬಿಸಿಬಿಸಿ ಅನ್ನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ತುಪ್ಪ ಬೆರೆಸಿ ಝುಣಕ ಸವಿದರೆ ಸ್ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಮೂರೇ ಗೇಣು, ಅಷ್ಟು ರುಚಿಯಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೂ ಇಷ್ಟ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಬಗೆಯ ಝುಣಕ ಅಥವಾ ಪಿಟ್ಲ, ಹೀಗೆಂದು ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.
