HOA Karen's are FINALLY BEING CANCELLED!  Florida has new HOA laws that go into effect starting July 1st to start limiting the abuse of power these HOA overlords have had for way too long.  It's a long overdue change in favor of property owners and is hopefully the first step in making HOA communities more fair and equitable for everyone.
