💛 Japanese seaperch/ Seabass/ Asian seabass: about 650g
💛 Garlic: 6 cloves
💛 Tender ginger: 50g
💛 Chilli: A spicier, 1
💛 Chilli: A larger one, 0.5
💛 Lemons: 1.5
💛 Coriander: 1 handful
💛 Rice wine (or rice wine first distillation) 1.5 tbsp
💛 Thai fish sauce: 2 tbsp
💛 Salt: 1 salt-spoon

💛 Wok
💛 Shelf, to hold the plate

Steps:
1. Chopping spices
2. Dealing with Japanese seaperch (or seabass, Asian seabass)
3. Steaming preparation
4. Steaming
5. Adding lemon fish sauce
6. Topping with coriander & adjustment of tastes
